As our website primarily serves as a platform to showcase our products and facilitate business enquiries, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase or business transaction. Orders placed through our authorized distributors, dealers, retailers, or offline sales channels are governed by the respective purchase agreements and applicable business policies. If an order has not yet been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may be considered upon review. Once an order has been processed, manufactured, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or replacement unless covered under a valid manufacturing defect. In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment along with relevant photographs and order details. After verification, Spectro will determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our internal quality standards. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment or any mutually agreed method within a reasonable processing period. Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable fees may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
